<p>Well, if that&#8217;s the case (and there&#8217;s evidence that&#8217;s not quite true), then unless there are other details that haven&#8217;t been breached it shouldn&#8217;t really matter.  After all, if gross profits are negative or zero, then I don&#8217;t see how giving The Writers 2.5% of nothing is really going to put a dent into things.</p>
<p>All it does is make Eisner and his crew look more dick-ish than they already seem to be.</p>
