Good for you, Tony. Busy jobs, families, health and other interests don't leave a lot of time for spending hours in the social media space. Write what you can, when you can, when the spirit moves you. Far too many define themselves by their blogs and feel compelled to post to maintain sone sort of fictional thought leadership. Personally, with a wife, two kids and a busy job (in social media), playing sports, I find I have to steal time from one of those to committ to regular blogging. That's just not fair. I'm hoping to find the time for more blogging, but those other things come first.

A person who knows themself as well as you do will be a great husband, father and doctor.
