		<description>There is a simple explanation. PR professionals have tools that allow them to search for blogs of any subject (or media members that cover a topic), get a giant list and send out with a click of the mouse. 

Going through each blog on a particular subject would take weeks upon weeks to do, which is nowhere near feasible they are already on to the next story in the next hour. The alternative is to send something out in the general area and see what sticks, and they get return.</description>
