I’ve Just Doubled The Number of Joost Invites … (More Details Inside)

… to *FOUR*!

Thanks to Hart of 1-800-hart (a fine fellow Canadian blogger), we now have a total of four invites to the closed beta of Joost, the online video concern from those wild and crazy guys at Skype. Since the number of invites has doubled, its only fair to extend the deadline by another 24 hours. So, by rather than 10:50am (GMT -5), Saturday, I will close the “comment contest” 10:50am *Sunday*.

And yes, you may also leave a comment here if not on the original post.

Thanks to all those who are participating so far. Here’s some link love.

There are a couple others, but they didn’t specify any particular blogs to link to!  Anyway, on monday, I will be making a list of links of everyone who participates (who leaves a comment) as a bit of a thank-you.  Wired is having a bit of a contest for Joost invites as well — I hope you know your Simpson’s and MASH trivia. ;)

I cannot completely commit to Camp 1 as I do think there are times, and situations, where users have to take responsibility for their own choices. For example, if someone choses to remain on dialup when higher speed connections are available, and within their reach, I do not think I should be obliged to design with their free choice in mind. If they choose to stay with an older browser rather than upgrade, why should I have to take that into account? To do so would constrain design and possibly compromise the experience of others for no good reason. http://www.managehairloss.com

My main concern is that you can’t guarantee every page of your website will be included in the SERPs. Considering I’m constantly adding new products to my company’s website, I need to be sure that customers can find them as soon as possible.http://www.seoptimizerz.com

Viagra is used to treat impotence in men. Viagra increases the body’s ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. Viagra does not protect you from getting sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. http://www.gordoniihoodia.net
