Want A Joost Invite?

April 7 Update: If you would like another chance at an invite, please head over to the East Weekend Joost Invite Contest. Leave your name, and be sure to fill in the email field. The draw will occur Monday night and I’ll post the results on Tuesday.

Joost is a new online video concern from the same guys who did Skype (and before that Kazaa). I managed to snag a beta account some time back and it looks interesting as it incorporates many “web2.0″ elements like tagging and sharing — plus the interface is pretty cool. The flipside, of course, is that I think its ultimate success will involve how much content it can actually get up and going that people want actually want to watch.

Right now Joost’s beta is closed to the public and is only open by invitation only. Furthermore, it turns out I have a couple of invitations left — and I need to send them about by March 22nd otherwise they’ll expire.

If you would like an invitation to Joost, leave a comment, and in 24 hours I will draw a couple names out of the proverbial blogging hat to let you know who won.

My life is meaningless without a joost voucher.

I live in country australia with limited access to pay TV. Joost would change my life, it may not make it rain, but it would make me happy.

I think it’s maybe too late, but if there is any chance that joost releases more invitations or allow by any other way more beta users, I will sincerily appreciatte to receive one.

Hii everybody im so sorry to say that i ran out of invites, i only had 20 and there all gone sorry. There is another way you could download Joost for free it will only take seconds, so if you really want joost i would do the following that im going to tell you guys okk. First you will need to download Utorrent its a software that make you donwload torrents, just click here http://www.utorrent.com/download.php and download it. Good after that is finished you will need the Joost software, just click here http://www.torrentreactor.to/torrents/view_373511/Joost_0_9_1_Beta and click download, a window will pop up just click OPEN and Utorrent will open so will another window, just click ok the joost software will biggin to download it will only take 5 – 10 minutes to download, when it’s done just go to My Documents and open a folder name downloads there the joost software will be just start the installation and there you go you have joost on your computer free of charge.. like i said if you wanna thank me just come back to this forum and left me a thank you note, or dont.. if you have any problems just email me my email is on the fist post that i made.. ookk i gotta go cya have fun watching incredible JOOST TV…
