10 great tips on what to look for. Some are sort of intuitive (”simple”, “bold”), but its deep — goes into lettermarks, wordmarks, monograms and ligatures. That’s right, ligatures!

The topic comes up every 3-6 months in the blogosphere. Sploggers scrape content. Blogger gets enraged. I still don’t know of an easy way to solve this save for partial feeds.

… basically, there’s a free plan where you can back up your stuff on a friend’s PC. I like free, but what happens if you don’t have any friends? :) Seriously, though — just back it up to your work PC..

Tony, true with the backup plan, I really don’t think it should be that complicated that you have to drag your friends into the picture… but if you can’t find a friend to help you out, that’s a bit sad too =)
Thanks for the heads up on the logo design…

Hi, let nobody else know what your favorite videos are or know about your tax documents. There are options galore to backup all your vital documents to a safe Internet backup service.
I am an IDrive-E user. I use this neat little service to backup my vital files and folders. There is a free option that allows 2GB of backups for free. I went for the $4.95 plan that allows unlimited backups. Now for a token fee I can backup my favorite videos and movies without any hassles.
The major worry for many of the users is whether the data is safe or not. As far as I know, IDrive-E offers encryption for all data transferred over the Internet like most of the others. The first level of encryption is in fact by the user who enters an encryption key while installing the software. Then 128-bit SSL is used to transmit all data to and from our servers. There is also 256-bit AES encryption for all files and folders you store on their remote server. So far I’ve not lost any data backed up nor there is any grounds to presume that something fishy is going on.
All the data you backup will be right there for you to download or restore. Just select the files and folders, drag it across the interface and drop it on your PC’s desktop. IDrive-E will start restoring the file immediately. It’s that simple man. Enjoy the free ride and then decide.
