This blog chats about all manner of service and customer related issues, and does so almost every day with a thick, meaty and thoughtful post. No fluff posts here. What’s more amazing is that in spite of toiling away for what looks like SEVEN months, his Alexa score is around 800 000. Its practically toiling away in obscurity!
