Although the first post commented on how I hit the frontpage with a post on how the Social Networks Killed the Internet Star, I took a bold-faced attempt at hitting it again with another post, called Hitting the Frontpage of a Chinese-Digg.

Well, it worked (as of August 13/06 anyway)

Hit 2nd place

What I did was basically register myself, and then submit the article myself.

Wasn’t easy — since the whole site is in Chinese, and I don’t read Chinese.
As I’ve said previously, Babelfish is a Godsend in this case.

Struggled through and sure enough … bam! There it is!

Thanks to the post, quite a few of my visitors were from Beijing of all places.
Hit 2nd place
Thanks to BuzzCn, and thanks to my new Chinese visitors (and hopefully subscribers)
Ni-hao!
